Please note that the official working days for AbaaQ Al Ghaim Store are from Sunday to Thursday.

Our primary mission is to provide you with the best online shopping experience. We have streamlined the shipping and delivery process to make it as convenient as possible because your comfort is our priority.

AbaaQ Al Ghaim Store delivers your orders through its fleet and may utilize other delivery companies or individuals during peak times to ensure you receive your orders on time.

Our delivery approach includes same-day or next-day delivery, depending on your geographical location. You also have the option to select a convenient delivery time during the day, week, or even month.

For urgent orders, please contact customer service, and we will do our best to assist you.

Your signature will be required on a copy of the invoice to confirm receipt of the products as indicated in the invoice. The order will be delivered to the address provided in the order, and the signature of any person present at that address will be considered a confirmation of receipt.

If we arrive at the registered address and no one is present, please contact customer service to arrange another delivery time. The company will not be responsible for any orders exceeding 10 days from the first delivery attempt. Note that if you are unavailable for delivery twice, additional delivery fees will apply.

Free Shipping

AbaaQ Al Ghaim Store offers free delivery for orders over 100 through companies like Aramex and SMSA, as part of a delivery service within 3-7 working days across Saudi Arabia.

(Exceptions apply in cases of public emergencies or delays caused by the shipping company itself.)

Delivery Schedule

We offer same-day delivery services for certain items within Jeddah, except on Fridays and official holidays.

Important Delivery Information

The customer is required to sign the receipt acknowledgment upon receiving the order.

AbaaQ Al Ghaim Store guarantees the safety of your order from theft or damage from the moment it leaves the store until delivery. However, the store is no longer responsible for the product once the receipt acknowledgment is signed.

The estimated delivery time is based on the shipping date and is not the store's responsibility for any delays caused by customs or fee payments by the customer.

Additional charges may apply to the shipping cost if the delivery address is in a remote area.

Please note that if your order has already been shipped and you wish to cancel, you will need to wait until the order reaches you to proceed with the return process.
